Founding Director

Tom Billington

Tom founded Oculus Management 'to do good work with good people' and leads with his experience of developing masterplans and strategic works programmes for various sectors - including Arts, Heritage, Culture, Leisure, Commercial and Education.

Property Director

Matt Wright

Matt is an experienced Global Property Director with demonstrable history of managing international real estate portfolios and delivering change. He advises on and directly manages numerous property transactions, capital projects and FM matters across the world, particularly for London based international clients.

Strategy Director

Tom Sidaway

Tom’s roots are in the strategic oversight of property and physical assets. Working in the 'Big 4' has afforded him constant opportunity to develop his understanding of various types of clients, assisting them in implementing large scale estate and property strategies.
