Founding Director

Tom Billington

Tom founded Oculus Management 'to do good work with good people' and leads with his experience of developing masterplans and strategic works programmes for various sectors - including Arts, Heritage, Culture, Leisure, Commercial and Education.

Director of Strategy

Tom Sidaway

Tom’s roots are in property and physical assets and working in the 'Big 4' has afforded him constant opportunity to develop his understanding of various types of clients, assisting them in implementing large scale estate and property strategies.
